What is it?
A rival of Ether (ETH), Avalanche is a blockchain for smart contracts. Despite its unique architecture, Avalanche is compatible with the networking language Solidity, meaning it can deploy subnets. Avalanche’s token AVAX is used to participate in the network and for transaction fees.
